How's Your Heart?

In Mark 4, Jesus tells the Parable of the Sower. As the farmer sowed seed (the Word of God), it fell on four different kinds of soil (the human heart), only one of which produced fruit. Through communion with God, we must prepare our hearts to receive His Word and do His work.
